CISEPO’s work is carried out by two affiliated organizations that share a common mission, governance philosophy, and programming.

The Canada International Scientific Exchange Program (CISEPO), based in Toronto, Ontario, leads programme delivery, academic partnerships, and the organization’s longstanding affiliations with Mount Sinai Hospital and the University of Toronto.

The American-Canadian International Scientific Exchange Program, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is a United States 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It supports the same programmes and holds a Candid Gold Transparency rating for 2026.
